FAQs About Your Bill

Why is my first bill higher than my normal subscription price?

Your first bill is higher because it covers more than one month. You are charged on a pro-rata basis from the activation date, based on how many days are left in the month. You pay from the day your subscription starts until the 15th of the following month, plus one additional month. This is standard practice and means it might take a little longer for your first bill to arrive.

When does the payment period run?

The payment period runs from the 1st to the 2nd of each month.

How is the payment for subscription and services handled?

You pay in advance for your subscription and selected services, meaning you pay before you have used them. For any additional consumption, you pay in arrears, or after you have used them.

Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month via our payment processor Stripe. If for whatever reason your card is declined we will attempt to charge your card 3 more times before suspending your service pending payment.

Where can I find my bill?

You can find your bill for the previous month at https://worthmore.io/account

What happens if I make a late payment?

If your bill is not paid within the payment deadline, we will send a reminder with a reminder fee of DKK 100. If your payment is not received after the first reminder, we will block your phone. It costs DKK 200 to have the phone reopened, which happens automatically when the bill is paid.

What should I do if I disagree with a reminder I have received?

If you disagree with a reminder we apolgise for the inconvenience. Please write to us via our live chat and an agent will assist you.

What happens if my account goes into debt collection?

If we do not receive payment after sending you a second reminder with a fee of DKK 100, we will forward your outstanding amount to debt collection. Once you've been passed to debt collection, Worthmore can no longer assist you with information about your subscription. You must then contact the debt collection company directly. If you do not respond to inquiries from debt collection, you risk being registered in RKI Kreditinformation A/S.

What payment methods does Worthmore accept?

At Worthmore, we accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Currently, you can pay your bill using Visa, MasterCard, or Google Pay. Please ensure that your chosen payment method is valid and up-to-date to avoid any potential service disruptions.
