Steps for iOS 13, 14 & 15

  1. Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap 'General.'

  3. Tap 'About.'

  4. Scroll down, and you'll see the ICCID listed in the section with other device information like the IMEI, MEID, and EID numbers.

If you have an eSIM installed on your iPhone, it might not display an ICCID number in this section. In this case, you would need to contact your current telecom provider to get this information.

Steps for Android

For Android Phones (Samsung Galaxy, Huawei, Sony, Xiaomi, etc.):

  1. Open the 'Settings' app on your Android device.

  2. Scroll down and tap 'About Phone' or 'About Device.' Some versions of Android display the SIM card information here.

If your ICCID is not displayed here, you might find it in 'Status' or 'Phone Identity.'

Please note that these steps might not apply to all models due to the diversity of Android devices.

Alternatively, you can also download the app "Sim Serial Number (ICCID)" from Google Play Store, which supports Android 4.4 to Android 12. This app can display your SIM card's serial number (ICCID) directly.

Why do we need your ICCID?

The ICCID is a unique identifier for your SIM card, and it's important when you're switching to a new telecom provider but want to keep your existing phone number. This process is known as "porting". The new provider needs your ICCID to ensure that the correct SIM card (and therefore the correct phone number) is transferred to their service.

I cant find my ICCID in my Settings

If you can't locate your ICCID number within the settings of your device, it's usually printed on the SIM card. To find this, you'll need to remove your SIM card from your device. The process for this varies depending on your specific device model. I recommend searching "How to remove SIM card from [your device model]" on a search engine for specific instructions.
